My Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied, my clocks come with a 14-day No-Questions-Asked money-back quarantee. I'll happily
refund the purchase price of your clock (sorry, shipping costs are not refundable) if it is returned to me in original
condition in the original shipping materials. Sender is responsible for insuring the clock for the correct value. I

Ordering Policy:
Since I keep a limited number of finished clocks on hand, I must receive payment verification from
PayPal within 24-hours after
receiving your order. If payment verification is not received within 24-hours, your clock may
be sold to another party.
All clocks are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to update the
Order Page to reflect "Sold" merchandise in a timely manner. If, for some reason,
you happen to place and pay for an order on a clock that someone else has already purchased, we will gladly refund
your full payment by check. I will contact you personally it this should happen.
Clock(s) you have ordered will be shipped to your address by Insured Priority Mail OR UPS within 3-5 working days.
Parts Warranty:
I specifically selected the works in these clocks because of their outstanding reliablity.
However, if you should happen to have a problem with your clock's movement, I will send you
a free one-time replacement within the first year. Simply send me your defective clock movement.
